How To Brew Butterfly Pea Flower
Use 1 heaping teaspoon of per 6 oz. water. Heat water to a full boil. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes or more.
After you finish infusing Butterfly Pea Flower Herbal Tea, it should be a deep blue hue. To make the tea turn purple, add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. (Other citrus fruits work, too—you just need something acidic.) To make nam dok anchan, add sugar or sweetener and citrus to the brewed tea.
