Previously only available in foodservice size, and only in Europe, Molino Dallagiovanna is now finally available. Professionally packaged in Polyolefin food grade heat shrinked plastic wrap to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition, and free from ambient moisture. All TDP distributed products are received and stored in our tempature controlled and inspected food service warehouse. We import directly from the plant in Italy, so the product arrives as fresh as possible, and temperature controlled, polyolefin sealed, and shipped immediately to you. Molino Dallagiovanna is only wheat brand that is prewashed in running drinking water which yields hydrated and softer conditioned wheat berries. Smell the product when you open the bag. It doesn't smell like paper, it smells like fresh wheat from the field.
