Heiwa Suppai Umeshu è un sakè ottenuto per macerazione di una varietà di prugne infuse ancora acerbe. Si presenta dolce ma bilanciato dall’acidità dei frutti, ricco e polposo. Questo Umeshu Suppai - ovvero “acidulo” - è prodotto con una quantità di prugne 3 volte superiori alla media con un infusione / invecchiamento della prugna in sakè di 3 anni.
