Jeff is a minor antagonist in the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series Gravity Falls and the main antagonist of the video game Gravity Falls: Legend of the Gnome Gemulets. He is the leader of the Gnomes. He was voiced by the series' creator Alex Hirsch, who also voiced Bill Cipher, Grunkle Stan, Old Man McGucket, and Dippy Fresh, all in the same show. Jeff was one of the various gnomes that were led by the Gnome Queen until she was devoured by a badger shortly before the events of "Tourist T
