It's solid and heavy so I think would look great as a stand alone piece of art if you didn't want to place it on a book shelf. Made from a preloved jewellery box, recycled books, junk jewellery and a whole lot of patience. A tribute to the days before internet, mobile phones and kindles. An age where we could lose ourselves between the pages of a book and let our imagination soar!! The glass framed door allows the room to remain dust free but also allows access to explore the inside and all it's tiny wonders A fascinating talking point for literature lovers. It measures approximately 10 x 7.5 x 5 inches. The lights are connected via USB so can be used with a adapter plug, such as a phone charger or used with a rechargeable battery pack (not included).
