This lush and herbaceous cocktail takes the High Seas rum blend from the Transcontinental Rum Line and bolsters it with Arhumatic Lemon, Thyme, and Ginger, an in-bottle infusion of Guadeloupe agricole rum. It's then mixed Manhattan/Martini style with Mulassano's lightly sweet and herbal Bianco Vermouth and alpine bitters from Scrappy's. Served up, it's both elegant and boldly flavored.
Kit includes: Transcontinental Rum Line High Seas Rum (750 ml), Mulassano Bianco Vermouth di Torino (750 ml), Arhumatic Rhum Arrangé Lemon, Thyme, & Ginger (700 ml), Scrappy's Northwest Alpine Bitters
We admit that the first thing we thought when we first tried high proof Rivers rum wasn't Let's make a Negroni variation. Also includes a sachet of fresh nutmeg to grate over top.
Kit includes: Rivers Royale Grenadian Rum (700 ml), Averna Amaro (750 ml), Mulassano Rosso Vermouth di Torino (750 ml) Scrappy's Black Lemon Bitters, Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters, Sachet of Nutmeg

Haitian Clairin makes bedfellows of passionfruit, vanilla, orange, and bittersweet tonic water. Kit includes: Clairin Communal (750 ml), Arhumatic Passiflora (700 ml), Fever Tree Tonic Cans 8-Pack, Scrappy's Seville Orange Bitters
