SonOff TH Elite 320D Temperature info lost - Free discussion - eWeLink Forum

I am using a Sonoff TH Elite 320D switch and temperature cable with an extension. When the temperature reading rises to +30 degrees, the app no longer displays the temperature, when it drops to 30, it displays again, what could be the problem, restart done, reset done. Should you really make a direct connection?
